Mo is now a postdoctoral scholar with Dr. Caraveo Piso at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University.
After a brief stint at medical school, I completed a biophysics degree with a minor in mathematics at Loyola University Chicago, and eventually ended up as a PhD student in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. My current research interest is the role of neurotrophin signaling pathways in avian auditory development with hopes of using biophysical techniques. Outside the lab, I enjoy bugging physicists, playing around with programming and Mathematica, video games, playing violin, cooking, and writing for fun.
